Matt always writes insightful, humorous pieces about church and Christianity, but this one is all about helping a great cause in providing water to the poorest of poor. He and 29 other bloggers are trying to raise $30,000 so go check it out!
- Thrill Ride by Fatha Frank (Public Christianity). This post talks about how the thrills in our lives change slightly when we get to experience them through the eyes of a child. He asks some great questions and offers insight.
- Your Affair Can Only Teach Me So Much by Carlos Whitaker (Ragamuffin Soul). I just like the approach here because he talks about how we can be drawn sometimes by the scandalous and asks about learning from those who have stayed together in marriage to learn their secrets too. Go check it out.

I don’t know if you have a long weekend, but I am thankful that I do. There are plenty of chores to do, but I’m headed for some rest as well. Besides that, I am privileged as always to join with our Breakthrough Church family, experience God’s presence, and let His word go a little (or a lot) deeper. Excited about all the things He has planned for us!
