Warrior Poet Circle: Speak a Word
Speak a word, Living God
Worlds will bow, time will stop
Heaven and earth and all it contains
Receive Your breath of life to sustain
Speak a word, healing comes
Light invades where darkness numbs
Washed, cleansed in unheard of grace
Mercy bright to lift the afflicted face
Speak a word, motion stirs
Momentum builds, alignments emerge
Natural eyes may fail to recognize
But truth eradicates the power of ancient lies
Speak a word, the voice so clear
I’ll stake my life on the promise near
Bold, confident—steps toward glory
Unmatched wisdom, exalted authority
In solemn agreement with joyful accord
I see my salvation—Lord, speak a word.

Speak a word!
May we always be affected by His speaking!

It is a powerful thing for sure! He’s so good to speak and release His life and truth to us. Thanks Dusty!
“Light invades where darkness numbs…”
I love the relationship between light and darkness and how the darkness is never greater than the light.

It’s a great reminder that God uses those words for a reason! Darkness is the absence of light and isn’t substance at all. We always have His victory. Thanks so much, Thomas.
Nice, “Speak a word.” I like it, very deep and comforting.
