His faithfulness sings
Even when my faith falls silent
His faithfulness springs
Even when my love dries up
His faithfulness brings
Even when my fear only takes
His faithfulness clings
Even when my heart can’t get a grip
His faithfulness swings
Into action, never short on vigor
Absorbs the piercing stings
Of an enemy unrelenting
How His faithfulness rings
With eternal truth and righteous fire
Yes, His faithfulness sings
I’m overjoyed to know the tune
Welcome to the 17th edition of the Warrior Poet Circle. Time to pull up a seat, gather around the fire, and pour out our verses.
The process of writing this one was different for me, but my goal was simply to offer praise for God’s great faithfulness in my life. I truly stand amazed.
For next time (Monday, August 29), let’s use City as our prompt.

The rhyming almost turns this into a song (psalm). And saying it out loud is even better than reading it.
